Greetings from London town! My blogging schedule will be pretty sporadic over the next couple of weeks between travelling and catching up with friends, but I just wanted to quickly post one final reminder about my group training program.
I started formally accepting sign-ups this week, and two women have pulled out at the last minute so I have a couple of spaces to fill.
As a quick recap:
- The program will run from January 4 to February 28.
- The program’s focus is getting stronger.
- You will receive brand new workouts every week, with clear instructions and video.
- All members will be part of a supportive Facebook group.
- You will have direct access to me, and you can ask me anything.
- It is only $50 for eight weeks of programming, which is the lowest price it will ever be.
