The Migraine Relief Diet

Hey, everyone! It’s my last full day in Guatemala (sob!), so I just wanted to drop in quickly and share a link to my most recent project. As some of you know, I am a freelance journalist and work for a number of online publications. About six months ago, I started working with a publishing company to put together a few books.

I’m excited to announce that my first book is now available for purchase, and will soon be in bookstores! The Migraine Relief Diet is all about the science behind why migraines occur, and how to manage them via diet.

As someone who has struggled with migraines my whole life, I know how frustrating they can be. By making a few dietary changes, I am now pleased to say I am almost completely migraine-free. The book contains a 28-day meal plan, complete with varied, delicious and nutritious recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

The book is currently available on pre-order, with a release date of February 16. If you or any of your loved ones suffer from migraines, be sure to check it out.


I will likely be back early next week, as the next few days will be pretty hectic. It’s my birthday tomorrow, and we’re planning to eat Five Guys at Atlanta airport (our stopover) to celebrate. There has to be an upside to losing my whole special day to travel!
