I find there is a great divide between men and women when it comes to training legs. While many men happily skip leg day in favour of yet another chest and triceps workout, women who lift tend to hammer their legs and glutes on the reg. I’ve met women who train their lower bodies four or five times a week while only training their upper body muscles once a week!
Given the obsession with lower body training that most of us have, I’m sure you will appreciate yet another workout to try. (You can find more workouts on my site here.)
I’ve been dealing with a dodgy knee and shoulder recently, meaning that I haven’t been able to back squat anything heavy. I’ve hence been finding alternative ways of hitting my lower body. Here’s a workout I did recently.
